Yes, Eric Matheny, Biden will violate our rights.

Eric was rightfully concerned about the fact the Oval Office occupant is planning to send government agents door to door across America to ensure 100% compliance on Covid-19 vaccinations. Eric said the citizens have no obligation under the constitution to invite federal agents into their homes. Here’s the thing; federal agents can do anything, even violate America’s citizens’ constitutional rights with no consequences. Joe Biden reading from a teleprompter said, “No amendment in the constitution is absolute.” He was speaking of our second amendment. If no amendment is absolute in the constitution, then nothing is absolute in the constitution. And yes, the Pretender-in-Chief may choose to violate our constitutional rights on a whim.

Joe Biden’s mouthpiece, Jen Psaki, told the White House reporters the government is directing the social media companies to curtail certain individuals’ free speech rights by banning them from their platforms. Social media companies have become a part of the government. That is a logical progression as the Democrats are in control of two branches of government now. It was clear to all before the election the Democrats were pulling the levers in the social media companies. I go back to the intelligence training handbook, the number one axiom is to keep people talking so they will reveal the truth. Attorneys are well aware of this axiom because they always counsel their clients to never speak to the police.

Back to Jen Psaki, before the election and months before the event of the pandemic, Psaki said, “Democrats have to break the rules to defeat Donald Trump.” Then in her next breath realizing what she had disclosed, Psaki said, “Of course, not to break any laws.” I freely admit I was doubtful that any meaningful election fraud would be revealed in the two audits being conducted in Arizona and in Georgia. I was wrong. Not that I believed the election was done fairly, but because I believed the fraudsters had too much time to cover their tracks.

Then there’s my all-time favorite quote of Joe Biden. This quote of Joe Biden makes his presidency illegitimate. Remember what the axiom says, keep them talking so they will reveal the truth. To this date, no reporter has asked for a clarification as to what Old-Slow Joe really meant. And apply the Trump-Rule to what Biden said. If Trump had been reelected with him saying this, there would be cries for his removal by any means. Without any further ado, Biden said on October 24th, 2020, “We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

Back to Eric’s concern, the government might violate the constitution. Well, the proverbial horse has already left the barn. In the Inspector General’s report, it reports in footnotes two violations of the constitution by the FBI before the 2016 election. FBI agents entered a Trump campaign member’s, Carter Page, home and office covertly on a FISA warrant that had been obtained through the forging of a document from the CIA. That was a violation of Page’s Fourth Amendment rights. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. The FBI agents went outside of the scope of the illegally obtained warrant and the agents used their phones to capture screenshots of campaign emails and strategy documents.

At the same time according to another footnote, the FBI used the two-hop rule and turned on smartphones and other devices in the residences of Donald Trump and his children to audio record the activity taking place. That was a violation of the Fourth Amendment rights of Donald Trump and his children. No one from the FBI was held accountable for the criminal behavior that violated the constitutional rights of Carter Page, Donald Trump, and his family members.

Scott Adams had an interesting Twitter post today that read: “As long as neither Trump nor Hunter Biden are prosecuted for anything, we have a stable country. But if Trump goes down on an employee benefits case and Hunter is never charged with anything, the public will have a long talk with its elected officials.” The Bidens aren’t even trying to hide their corruption because they know full-well a two-tier justice system has been in place well before the 2016 presidential election. In 2016, we got our first clear view when the Justice Department declined to charge Hillary Clinton.

In closing, I will recount some closed-door testimony from James Baker who was James Comey’s right-hand man at the FBI. Congress got internal emails from the FBI in which the 7th floor FBI management talked about removing Donald Trump from the presidency. Baker was asked how the FBI had contemplated removing Trump. An attorney for the FBI told Baker to not answer the question.
