It was astonishing that Joe Biden held up FDR as the role model for the presidency at the Democrats’ convention. Biden said our nation needed a return to the values of the FDR presidency. Biden continues to exalt FDR in his public statements. FDR and Hitler are two sides of the coin of white supremacy. Yes, that’s a bold assertion, but read on for the evidence. FDR, as the Commander in Chief of our military, he ran a segregated military. There weren’t Black officers who gave White soldiers orders. The few Black officers there were, were Tuskegee Airmen. FDR also had forbidden homosexuals-transgenders from service.
Now we come to the persecution of Japanese Americans by FDR. These poor souls got the one-two punch from FDR. In 1933, FDR signed Executive Order 6102 which forced by the threat of violence upon all Americans to give up their gold to the government. From this order; Section 9. Whoever willfully violates any provision of this Executive Order or of these regulations or of any rule, regulation or license issued thereunder may be fined not more than $10,000, or, if a natural person, may be imprisoned for not more than ten years, or both; and any officer, director, or agent of any corporation who knowingly participates in any such violation may be punished by a like fine, imprisonment, or both.
Then the second punch; FDR signed Executive Order 9066 which ordered Japanese Americans to report to internment camps. However, by the Democrats’ woke standard, those camps were concentration camps as Hitler and his Nazis ran for the Jews. Many lost businesses, farms, and loved ones as a result. The generation loss of wealth by Japanese Americans from FDR’s one-two punch is incalculable. We lost more lives and treasure during the 9/11 attack, but then-President Bush didn’t round up Saudi Americans and put them into concentration camps. The Republicans under President Reagan tried to mitigate the damage that Democrat President FDR had brought upon Japanese Americans by paying reparations to those families that had been imprisoned by FDR.

Representative Alexandria Ocaso-Cortez on concentration camps. What’s astonishing is the fact that she sits on the committee that oversees those facilities that she is complaining about. Congress, for which she is a member, funds the Executive Branch. And Nancy Pelosi completely backed Representative Alexandria Ocaso-Cortez’s assertion that then-President Trump was running concentration camps for people of color that crossed the United States border unlawfully. A clue that she didn’t believe what she was saying is, a person of high morals as she portrays, would have resigned from Congress in protest.
