Rod’s candor.

The last time Rod testified [2018] he was combative with the Senators. I was pleased with his testimony but I take issue with his candor on one item. Before I reveal that item, I will address other pubic concerns. Rod denied he was out to get President Trump. I believe him. Rod denied he ever said even in jest, he would wear a `wire’ to covertly record the President. I believe him.

It was established much earlier than August of 2017. The Senate and the FBI had done parallel investigations. Mueller testified that he didn’t know that Trump himself had not conspired with the Russians until he closed the investigation. I filled a perjury complaint with the Justice Department against Mueller. Mueller’s court filing against Roger Stone revealed he knew Trump and his campaign hadn’t conspired with the Russians. Note; the Justice Department provides a warning that it is a felony to file a false complaint.

One of those so-called `errors’ was an FBI employee, Clinesmith, altering a document from the CIA. The CIA informed the FBI that Carter Page was their asset and his interactions with Russian[s] was to gather intelligence for them, the CIA. Clinesmith used Page’s interactions against him to earn the surveillance warrant.

I did a study of the redacted sections of the FISA application against Carter Page. I compared the paragraph structures of the Steele dossier to the redacted sections in this application. After 20 hours of study, I concluded that the FBI had cut and pasted 70%-80% from Steele’s reporting to the application. A year later, Inspector General Horowitz vindicated my finding. See the report page below.

Rod’s lack of candor

Rod was asked if the FBI wants the subject[s] of their surveillance to be unaware of their surveillance. Rod answered, yes, he went on to say if the subject[s] became aware of their surveillance, the subject[s] would modify their behavior. Then Rod was asked why the FBI sought to renew the surveillance even though Carter Page was aware of their surveillance from the media reports. Rod said it was judged that valuable actionable intelligence could still be gathered. What Rod failed to say; Rod is aware of the Intelligence Community’s two-hop rule of surveillance. The FBI is a member of the Intelligence Community. Google `two-hop rule’.

This is a page from Carter Page’s testimony before the House of Representatives’ Intelligence Committee.

This final renewal that Rod signed allowed the Intelligence Community to surveil President Trump and his administration into mid-September of 2017.
