Generally speaking as people age, they become more cautious of what risk they subject themselves to. Mueller disregarded so many red flags in this investigation, that I can’t help but wonder how reckless he was in Vietnam when lives were in his charge. We needed bold leaders, not reckless leaders.
The two elements of a conspiracy: Two or more people. An overt act. People may talk about burning a church down without committing a crime. The overt act may be a legal act that completes the elements for the conspiracy. An example: An FBI informant penetrates a group that is planning to burn down a church. The informant accompanies a member to the local Walmart to buy a fuel can. At the moment of the purchase of the fuel can, the conspiracy is complete and all of the members in the group can be arrested.
No matter what the media states about this investigation, the truth is, this investigation centered on an alleged conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia to steal the DNC’s emails and produce the emails to the public.

I found no reference to Mike Pence in Mueller’s report. Pence was joined at the hip to Donald Trump during the campaign. If there had been a conspiracy, then Pence would have known, moreover, this is proof that Mueller knew Candidate Trump had not conspired with Russia. If Mueller had any evidence that Trump had conspired with Russia, then Mueller would have interviewed Pence. What about Eric Trump and Melania Trump? Why didn’t Mueller try to interview either of them?

The DNC didn’t allow the FBI to examine the server(s) or network from which the DNC’s emails were stolen from. The DNC did bring a suit against Donald Trump and Donald Trump jr. for stealing the DNC’s emails prior to the 2018 midterm elections. The judge that was overseeing the case has dismissed the DNC’s suit because they failed to produce any evidence that the defendants stole the emails.

Organization 1 is Wikileaks. If Russia had hacked the DNC’s server-network and if Donald Trump and his Campaign had conspired with Russia to do so, as the Steele dossier claims, then why would a senior Trump Campaign official not know what had been given to Wikileaks from Russia? This was the point of the investigation.
We don’t have the date of that email from the senior Trump Campaign official to Roger Stone, but we can guess it was within weeks of the date of July 22, 2016.

Soon after Roger Stone’s testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, Stone did receive a barrage of subpoenas from the office of the Special Counsel for every email he wrote and received in 2016. The Special Counsel also took all of his mobile devices and computers as well as Mueller’s office did search all of Stone’s email accounts.
The point is; Mueller and his team knew from that email that President Trump had not conspired with Russia. And yet, he didn’t close his case against President Trump.

This text message shows the FBI had plans to entrap members of the Trump campaign by use of overseas confidential informants way back in December of 2015. It is a lie that the counterintelligence operation started with Crossfire-Hurricane on July 31 of 2016.

FBI agent Strzok who opened the Crossfire-Hurricane operation against candidate Donald Trump does confess to his mistress that he has violated his integrity. Though this before the official start of the FBI’s covert operations against Donald Trump, it does show that Strzok may have committed crimes.

According to James Baker’s testimony, this computer server “intelligence” was brought to the FBI by Michael Sussman. The FBI did seize the Trump-Tower server. The FBI found no evidence that supported the Clinton camp’s claim. Mueller was asked directly about this server. Mueller said the allegation was not true.
This was a crime of knowingly providing the FBI with false evidence. Why wasn’t someone arrested? These “computer scientists” must have hacked the server for the data. Why weren’t these “computer scientists” arrested?
This shows the Russian-Trump conspiracy hoax started in the Clinton camp.

According to Bruce Ohr’s testimony, Ohr acted as a conduit for Christopher Steele, a British spy, after the FBI fired Steele for leaking to the media. Ohr did not inform his direct supervisor that was Sally Yates as to this activity.
James Baker testified that he took sections of the Steele dossier from David Corn after Steele had been fired.

Mueller totally disregarded all the conclusions and evidence in this report. The report had the same findings on the question of a conspiracy between the Russians and any members of the Trump campaign. This committee did nearly issue as many subpoenas as Mueller did, as well as, the committee did nearly interview as many people as Mueller did on the question of a collusion-conspiracy. To the day, the Committee had the correct finding a year before Mueller did.

Remember, the investigation centered on whether Donald Trump or anyone in his orbit had conspired with Russia to steal the DNC’s emails. The Steele dossier makes that claim, however, Glenn Simpson states to Congress that he uncovered no crimes committed by Candidate Donald Trump. See my notes.
Glenn Simpson gave this testimony before the Senate on Aug. 22, 2017. Mueller didn’t close his investigation until March of 2019. During Mueller’s two committees testimonies, Mueller would not answer any questions that were in regards to either, Glenn Simpson or Christopher Steele, the British spy.

Nellie Ohr testified on October 19, 2018. Nellie like her boss, Glenn Simpson, she does her best to muddy the waters to hide the fact that she had no evidence that Donald Trump has/had committed a crime. She passed her total research on a date stick to Bruce Ohr to give it to James Baker. Trey Gowdy asked Bruce Ohr if he had asked for a chain of custody receipt from James Baker. Bruce Ohr replied no. Gowdy asked why? Bruce said he didn’t ask for one because the information was unverified. And yet, this information added fuel to Mueller’s investigation.

Refer to my notes on the above Steele dossier page. Though this page below has nothing to do with Mueller’s investigation, it does show that I know what I am talking about. James Comey would not have sent Strzok to the NSA for naught. Indeed, all of Clinton’s emails were at the NSA to include those she had deleted. I know this because I found them in James Comey’s office safe on the seventh floor of the Hoover building.
I was looking for any emails between FBI Director Robert Mueller and Secretary Hillary Clinton. To this date, no emails have been produced by the government between Mueller and Clinton. I put a FOIA request into the FBI. The FBI in their update at the FOIA site confirmed that there were emails between Mueller and Clinton in the white binder that had been in the safe. In their response, they said they may or they may not release them to me, or they may enter into a negotiation with me. At any rate, I must wait for their written response.
Here’s the payoff, had Mueller wanted to know the truth, all he had to do was go to the NSA on day one to see who removed the emails from the DNC’s server(s) and network.
But instead, Mueller uses the words, appears and appear in his report to report as to whom removed the documents from the DNC’s custody.

Glenn Simpson testified that Steele had told him that the intelligence on the Trump campaign members was for the taking off the streets of Moscow. Oddly, Steele at the writing of his dossier, he hadn’t been to Russia in seven years.

There are so many red flags in the dossier. And yet, Mueller wasn’t deterred, but instead, he charged head forward with disregard to his own legacy.
I found the truth well before Mueller did. How did I do this feat you ask, I reviewed the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court report on surveillance abuse, Glenn Simpson’s testimony, House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Report on Russian Active Measures, the Carter Page FISA surveillance application, Peter Strzok’s testimony, Lisa Page’s testimony, James Comey’s testimony and his memos, Bruce and Nellie Ohr’s testimonies, James Baker’s testimony, Bill Priestap’s testimony, Loretta Lynch’s testimony, the Steele dossier, and more. I put all the pieces together and found the truth.
As I have said, the Office of the Special Counsel knew on day one that President Trump had not conspired with Russia to steal the DNC’s emails. During Mueller’s testimony, he lied when he said he didn’t know until he closed the case that President Trump had not conspired with Russia.
I don’t believe it was happenstance that just after 36 days William Barr took office that Mueller closed the investigation. Mueller had declined so much that he wasn’t running the investigation. Barr soon after taking his office must have gone to the office of the Special Counsel to review the files. I suspect that took four days. He, Barr, then asked Mueller what he was doing. But for the appointment of Barr, I still believe Mueller and his team intended to run this investigation as long as Donald Trump was the President. The scramble came to be to write Mueller’s report to retroactively justify the 22 month long investigation that was predicated on the lie of collusion that ultimately came from the Clinton camp.
