It is clear that employees at the Federal Bureau of Investigation did commit acts of malfeasance as Horowitz’s two reports show, [Woods files] [Crossfire Hurricane}.
FBI attorney, Clinesmith altered a document from the CIA to enhance the probability of gaining a surveillance warrant on Doctor Carter Page, and thereby, on Trump and his campaign in 2016. As of yet, Clinesmith hasn’t been indicted even though Horowitz referred Clinesmith to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution some seven months ago. I had wondered if Clinesmith did this criminal act on his own volition. If someone ordered Clinesmith to do the alteration, that would explain why no indictment of Clinesmith has occurred.
John Brennan is in jeopardy as well. He falsely represented that he had second and third sources that verified the information in the Steel dossier. Most people to include me believe he committed perjury in this testimony before Trey Gowdy. All that said, between the shredding of documents and some good lawyering, he may escape unscathed.
Christopher Steele, the British spy, reported to a British court that all of the emails as it relates to the creation of his dossier has been wiped. If not for Steele’s dossier, the Secret Court would not have issued the surveillance warrant to the FBI against Doctor Carter Page. In a recently declassified footnote to Horowitz’s report on Crossfire Hurricane, we learned that the FBI sent agents into Doctor Carter Page’s home and office. It appears that those agents used their phones to take screenshots of campaign emails on Page’s computers.
As for Comey, I believe any evidence that would lead to him, the Anti-Trump factions in the DOJ, and in the FBI will destroy that evidence. I did put in a request, FOIA, to the FBI for the Clinton emails contained in a white binder that Comey had in his office safe when he was fired. I saw the emails listed on the office inventory list. The FBI wrote to me that they could not find an item that they boxed and inventoried.
The Department of State under John Kerry also masqueraded that it had sources that verified the information in the Steele dossier. The FBI used Brennan’s and Kerry’s phony sources in its application to the secret court to win the surveillance warrant on Doctor Carter Page.
The DOJ did blackmail General Flynn into his guilty plea by targeting his son. What is curious about this blackmailing is Flynn’s plea did pardon a supposed crime that was committed by his son. Hence, the citizens were denied justice.
DOJ officials discuss in emails how to conceal this blackmailing of General Flynn. In the summary that the FBI submitted to the court, the agents wrote Flynn was truthful to them. The agents had the call transcriptions of Flynn’s calls to other government officials with them during the interview. Even more disturbing is the FBI at the behest of Mueller did not show this summary until Flynn had done his plea of guilt in court.
