Hillary Clinton told Trey Gowdy while under oath that she had turned in all of her work-related emails to the State Department. Also, note that Comey tells Gowdy, we only found traces of emails on the devices. That is contrary to what FBI agents told the Inspector General’s investigators. Those emails are government records and the destruction of is a Federal crime under 18 U.S.C. ยง 2071. Section 2071(a) contains a broad prohibition against the destruction of government records or attempts to destroy such records. This section provides that whoever: willfully and unlawfully; conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates or destroys; or attempts to conceal, remove, mutilate, obliterate or destroy; or carries away with intent to conceal, remove, mutilate, obliterate or destroy; any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document or other thing deposited in any public office may be punished by imprisonment for three years, a $2, 000 fine, or both.

The two reports show Hillary Clinton lied to the citizenry when she stated the emails that were deleted from her server while under an order of a subpoena to preserve were not work emails but were just yoga and wedding emails. Comey was either mistaken or lying under oath about the email traces on the devices. Below in Podesta’s email, we see the genesis to the conspiracy to destroy government records that in our estimation must have shown corruption when HRC was the Secretary of State.
