The DOJ is corrupt, there’s proof.

Firstly, we shall examine Joe Biden's credibility. 46 was asked if he knew beforehand the FBI was going to raid Rudy Giuliani's properties. 46 said he had pledged to not interfere in any DOJ investigation.
