Executive order 38912418514

We viewed several CNN reports of people who crossed our Southern border illegally. Point one: These adults are bringing children with them in the commission of a crime when they crossed the border, not at a port of entry. Point two: These adults often have endangered the children lives or have subjected the children to extreme hardships. A trek of a thousand miles or more on foot. The children often go days without food and water that is found is not clean to drink. We propose the commission of a study to map the fatalities of children that accompany adults in treks to the United States.

People agree that once the people cross the border into our country, these people are afforded the same protections that we all expect from our government and our laws.

If it were known to the government that a parent, a United States citizen, had subjected their children to the hardships as described above, the government would remove the children from the custody of the parent(s).

Please watch this short video. Note that CNN reported this when Barack Obama was our president.

Executive order 38912418514 would remove all children from the custody of the adults that crossed the border illegally. The children would become the wards of our nation and the adults would be charged in addition to their crossing illegally with child endangerment. After the adults have served their incarceration time, they would be deported, without the children. If any child died as of the result of the trek to U.S. soil, on U.S. soil, then the charge of manslaughter shall be levied.

Executive order 38912418514 would disincentivize the use of children as pawns for entry into our nation. We also believe that Executive order 38912418514 would reduce illegal immigration overall.
