On September 10, 2025, conservative activist Charlie Kirk was assassinated at Utah Valley University during his “American Comeback Tour.” Some, like Ben Shapiro on his YouTube live broadcast, claim he was killed over disagreements with his views. That’s not the full story. Kirk was targeted because he was a master of conservative evangelism, delivering powerful homilies that converted thousands to the cause of liberty.
Kirk’s intelligence and debating skills made him a threat to the extreme left that they couldn’t ignore. On college campuses across America, he used logic and science to persuade students that you can’t change your gender, dismantling liberal arguments with precision. His homilies—like a preacher’s call to faith—converted liberals to conservatism and registered countless future Republican voters, fueling Trump’s 2024 victory. Kirk wasn’t just loud; he was effective, turning young minds and ballots toward freedom. I know this power matters: I have Primary Lateral Sclerosis, am unable to speak, and typing slowly with one finger on a tablet. If I shared Kirk’s truths on campuses, students would lose interest, Democrats seeing no threat, would leave me alone. Kirk’s charisma made him dangerous to those who oppose liberty.
I believe the Democratic Party, with former CIA agents in its ranks, saw Kirk’s influence as a danger and ordered his assassination, possibly using an unwitting shooter for plausible deniability. The Democrats cannot even hide their approval of Kirk’s assassination. On the Floor of the House of Representatives, they protested a moment of silence for Charlie Kirk. That confirms to me that they killed Kirk. Though unproven, this theory reflects the high stakes of Kirk’s mission in a polarized nation. As scripture warns, humans are “corruptible” (1 Corinthians 15:53, KJV), prone to abusing power. Kirk’s evangelism for inalienable rights—life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness—challenged those who’d rather control than liberate. His death isn’t just a loss; it’s a wake-up call. Charlie Kirk was killed because he told the truth about many important issues. Let’s honor him by carrying it forward.
