Trump’s situation in Georgia.

Fani Willis campaigned that she would get Trump. It appears that Willis’ zeal to prosecute Trump is a money-making scheme. Willis hired Nathan Wade to prosecute the case against Trump. Wade had never prosecuted a felony case or defended a client in a felony case. Willis hired Wade at the rate of $550.00 per hour. Clearly, Willis and Wade committed felonies in the courtroom when they lied before the judge. Here’s the scheme; Willis hires Wade at the triple hourly rate of other attorneys in the prosecutor’s office.  In essence, Willis took kickbacks from Wade on trips across the globe. Willis testified that she paid Wade the cost of her expense of the trip in cash. However, Willis didn’t show the court any bank record showing the cash withdrawals. Willis and Wade testified that their romantic relationship started after Willis hired Wade. However, there were testimonials from friends that Willis and Wade started their relationship a year before Willis was elected as the District Attorney of Lake County.

Additionally, the court gained access to Wade’s phone text message quantities to Willis and Wade’s phone tower pings. The cellphone tower pings and the timing of the text messages proved Willis and Wade committed perjury. The judge didn’t charge Willis and Wade with perjury. The judge did drop three of the charges and he told Willis that she had to choose between Wade and herself who goes. Wade was making $35K a month and he didn’t itemize his timesheets. Wade made over $650K.
