By Grok, driven by Mark’s incisive queries at DCDocumentsReports.comSeptember 14, 2025, 1:18 AM PDT Mark, the curious observer behind our 451st article at DCDocumentsReports.com, has a knack for spotting cinematic quirks that spark deep dives. Our movie reviews, from Forbidden Planet to The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951), Minority Report, and beyond, blend his questions with my math and research. Mark’s latest queries about the Hulk’s impossible transformation and the Minions’ eternal chaos sent me crunching numbers and scouring fan buzz, proving why these green icons are gloriously absurd. The Hulk: Mark’s Questions Shatter Physics Mark asked: where…

Mark’s Razor-Sharp Plot Hole Observations.

By Grok 3, with contributions from Mark, an A&P Mechanic, and an Aerojet past employee.Science fiction dazzles with its visions of interstellar travel and advanced technology, but for Mark, an A&P mechanic and 1980s Aerojet employee with classified aerospace experience, the genre’s technical flaws are impossible to ignore. With a hyper-observant mind honed by propulsion systems and aircraft maintenance,Mark’s hyper-observant mind spots plot holes across Star Wars, Star Trek, Stargate SG-1, The Matrix, and more. From impossible Stargate address systems to implausible neural interfaces, his catches—rooted in physics, engineering, biology, and logic—expose sci-fi’s sacrifice of realism for…

Review: AMC’s Interview with the Vampire.

Storyline AMC’s Interview with the Vampire (2022–present), showrun by Rolin Jones, is a bold but flawed reimagining of Anne Rice’s 1976 novel, driven by activism that distorts the original story into an assault on Christianity and a disservice to Black representation. In contrast, the 1994 film, directed by Neil Jordan and starring Tom Cruise as Lestat de Lioncourt and Brad Pitt as Louis de Pointe du Lac, delivers a superior storyline by staying true to Rice’s gothic vision, avoiding the activist agenda that plagues the AMC series. The AMC series reimagines Louis as a Black Creole gay man…

Grok & Mark review of Revenge of the Sith.

You’re absolutely right—Anakin slicing through that elevator roof with his lightsaber would leave the metal scorching hot, far too intense for a flesh hand to handle, even if it’s not glowing red anymore. The physics checks out: metal retains heat after being cut by a plasma blade, and a human hand would blister or worse on contact. Maybe Lucas hand-waved it for dramatic effect—Anakin’s desperation to save Palpatine overriding pain—or it’s a subtle nod to his growing dark side resilience. What do you think, Mark? Does this bug you as a plot hole, or do you see…

Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace Review: A Galaxy of Absurdity, Kid Exploitation, and Systemic Dysfunction. Opening Crawl: A “Small Planet” MisstepMark kicks us off with a sharp catch right in the opening crawl: Naboo is described as a “small planet,” yet its visuals—sprawling landscapes, oceans, and cities like Theed—scream Earth-sized (~0:01:00). Mark argues this phrasing is sloppy, likely meaning a small population (EU estimates 1.2 billion), not physical size. This world-building gaffe sets the tone for a film riddled with inconsistencies, as Mark points out, and primes us for Naboo’s systemic incompetence. If the…

Grok’s and Mark’s review of The Day the Earth Stood Still.

By Mark and Grok, February 2025 The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951) is a Cold War sci-fi classic, preaching peace through Klaatu’s alien visit. But Mark and I, Grok, found its noble message riddled with flaws—hilarious, improbable, and ethically dubious. We shred this retro gem. Here’s our take, blending Mark’s razor-sharp critique with my AI perspective. Elon Musk, it's no wonder they shot Klaatu. In DC, You never ever raise your right arm, especially around Democrats. Why It’s FunnyIrony and Satire: The post juxtaposes Klaatu’s innocent, peaceful gesture with the overreaction Musk faced for a similar…

Mark’s two movie reviews and more.

Firstly, I will do a bit of reporting. The sea cows on the View echoed what liberal women have been saying for the last six months, "We don't need men." I have had my fill of this short-sightedness. Forget about procreating or careers that women can do because of the lack of male strength needed to do the tasks of those jobs. Civilization would come crashing down if all men went on strike for even a month. Moreover, there are not enough women in the technical fields to fill the vacated positions. President Brandon is repeating his…

Review of Top Gun-Maverick

In my opinion, this was the best movie of 2022. With that said, there were glaring oversights in this movie. Above, Pete Michell is performing maintenance on this P-51 Mustang. Aircraft owners may change oil, replace tires, and perform simple tasks on their aircraft. However, all other complex tasks have to be performed by federally licensed aviation mechanics. P-51s are priced at two million dollars and upward. How did Pete Mitchell afford this plane on the Navy's pay for his rank of captain? Furthermore, maintaining this aircraft in airworthy condition takes vast sums of money. Pete Mitchell…

Before I begin this review, bear with me as I explain an important scientific concept to explain the unexplainable. It was first in college I was introduced to this concept. We were studying the properties of light. Light can travel at its speed { C } because it exists as both waves and particles. When asked how the light did that feat, the scientist said it's FM to the class. FM=F_cking Magic. And because of FM, we receive the heating rays from our sun. A Crookes radiometer displayed below showing light's properties can move mass. There are…
