I am addressing this because Congress members are appearing in a new "documentary" claiming that the government has space aliens and their spacecraft. Aliens face the same physics of space travel that we do. The distances to other solar systems are measured in light-years. E=mc² applies to aliens, too. They cannot travel at speeds greater than light or close to light. Sure, 186,282 miles per second sounds fast until you know the vast distances between the solar systems and galaxies.
